No, we require absolutely no contracts for our service, and there are no hidden monthly or annual fees. The only situation when a contract may be necessary is when special equipment or a large number of machines are requested. However, if your company requires a contract, we are willing to create a contract specifically for your business.

- What is the process to install the vending machines?
- A representative will come in and go over the Sunrise Vending Services machines and product options, so you can decide what will work best for your business.
- The representative will then evaluate the office or building, and decide the best location for the machines, preferably in a place where vandalism is unlikely to occur. This is only our recommendation; if there is a specific place you would like the machines placed, we can work with you. If you already have vending machines with another vendor, please contact them ASAP so they can relocate them.
- Machines can be installed within 48 hours of this meeting.
- Should vending machines be installed in a particular place?
Vending machines should most often be installed inside a building or warehouse. This will reduce the possibility of vandalism, theft or weather damage. Vending machines are usually placed in the kitchen or break area of the building. If there is specific place you would like the machines to be placed, let us know and we will do our best meet these needs.
- Can you have vending machines in more than one location?
Yes, this is true for beverage and snack machines. For example, if you would like vending machines inside your office building as well as the warehouse, it's not a problem.
- What types of vending machines are available?
We offer snack, beverage, cold food, frozen food, ice-cream, and coffee machines. All of which are top of the line, clean, presentable machines for your office or workspace.
- What types of snacks and beverages are available for the vending machines?
Our extensive list of products is located on the "Products and Services" tab of our website. There, you will find a wide range of beverages, snacks, frozen food, cold food and instant lunches and ice-cream. We are constantly adding new products, and we also accommodate any requests for different items.
- What should you do when the machine needs to be refilled or repaired?
If a machine needs to be repaired, please contact us at our 24/7 service line (888-291-VEND) and we will send a representative over to service your machine within the same day. Your account will be added to a regular route, and your machines will be serviced on a weekly basis, or two or three times a week depending on machine usage. You should never have to call to have the machines stocked.
- Will customers be reimbursed if money is lost in a machine?
Yes, Sunrise Vending will reimburse any money that is lost in a machine. You may contact us via e-mail (sunrisevending@sbcglobal.net) or wait until a representative arrives to service your machine, and explain how much money you lost. We can also arrange a petty-cash system with the receptionist or office manager so that money can be returned immediately.
- What happens if a vending machine is vandalized?
Vandalism can happen, but it's a situation we resolve quickly. As soon as the vandalism is discovered, please call us at (888) 291-VEND and a representative will immediately go to your location. You will not be responsible for any damaged equipment or lost money. To avoid this issue, Sunrise Vending Services will help choose a location that can prevent vandalism.
- How often are the vending machines refilled?
Our goal is to have the vending machines fully stocked at all times with fresh snacks and beverages. Depending on the usage of the office, machines can be stocked multiple times throughout the week.
- Are you able to carry both Coca-Cola and Pepsi products in the same machine?
Yes, because we own our machines, (they aren't free-leased) we are able to carry a variety of brands. This includes opposing brands like Coca-Cola and Pepsi.
- What is "subsidized vending", and do you offer these programs?
Subsidized vending is a program where the employer shares the cost of the vended products with the employees and customers, ultimately charging them a lower price for the products. Sunrise Vending does offer this program. At the end of each month, you will receive a statement reflecting products consumed based on internal vending machine meters that calculate exact product usage.
